The StereoFidelics-Summer 2012

The StereoFidelics Stop in New Hope on their Nationwide Summer Tour

Asheville, NC’s perennially touring, indie-funk-rock power-duo, The StereoFidelics, are at it again… blazing a rip-roaring, sonic trail across the United States this summer. Known for their incredible live shows, virtuosity, live multi-instrumentalism, good looks, and rigorous touring schedule (225 shows in 2011 alone), these amazing musicians will bring their truly one-of-a-kind performance to New Hope on August 5th. Often referred to as a funkier, more soulful version of the White Stripes, The StereoFidelics play multiple instruments at once with no loops or computers (the fast-fingered guitarist keeps the Moog basslines pounding through a one-octave floor keyboard, the tiny female vocalist is also the drummer; he sings too, and she plays electric violin), creating the rich sound of at least a five piece band. Catch this do-it-all duo!
